SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Shayan International LLC (including our HappyAssist service) sends SMS text messages only to individuals who have given prior express consent, either by (1) voluntarily checking the SMS opt-in box on our website contact form, or (2) verbally agreeing to receive a text during a phone call answered by our AI virtual receptionist.
